Dr. Ginger Henson
Dr. Ginger Henson, M.D. is a board certified oculofacial plastic surgeon serving the Cincinnati/Dayton area. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Dr. Henson is a graduate of Miami University and earned her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She then completed her Ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida. During her residency, Dr. Henson developed a deep appreciation for the artistry of oculofacial plastic surgery. She returned to Cincinnati to master the nuances of oculofacial plastic surgery during her fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Cincinnati Eye Institute. Throughout her career, she has served in many capacities including Director of Pediatric Oculoplastic Surgery at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and Director of Oculoplastic Surgery at the University of Cincinnati. In addition, she served on the Board of Directors at the Cincinnati Eye Institute for many years.
After practicing for over 15 years, Dr. Henson co-founded her own private practice along with her colleague, Dr. Jonathan Pargament. Their vision for AestheticEye Oculoplastic Surgeons is to deliver outstanding surgical results with an exceptional patient experience in a supportive, relaxed environment. She continues to teach and mentor resident surgeons and medical students as a volunteer Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Cincinnati.
Dr. Henson was awarded a Top Doctor award from Castle Connolly. The Castle Connolly recognition in medicine is considered by physicians to be the only legitimate recognized category of excellence in American Medicine.
Dr. Henson is skilled in cosmetic upper and lower eyelid surgery, brow surgery, and MOHS reconstructive surgery. She also has a passion for non-surgical facial rejuvenation techniques including neurotoxins, CO2 laser resurfacing and IPL.In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and keeping up with their five children and spoiled goldendoodle, Paxton.
Dr. Jonathan Pargament
Jonathan Pargament, M.D. is an experienced oculofacial plastic surgeon in the Cincinnati/Dayton area and co-founder of AestheticEye Oculoplastic Surgeons. Born and raised in Toledo, he holds an honors degree from the University of Michigan and earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Cincinnati before completing in a rigorous three-year oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the Center for Facial Appearances in Salt Lake City. Dr. Pargament then spent the next 8 years after fellowship growing a successful oculoplastic practice in the Cincinnati/Dayton area as partner in a large multi-speciality ophthalmology group in the region.
In 2025, Dr. Pargament and Dr. Henson decided to start their own practice, AestheticEye Oculoplastic Surgeons, to continue serving the needs of their patients in the Dayton and Cincinnati area. Dr. Pargament’s particular interests include endoscopic and minimally invasive brow lifts, upper and lower lid rejuvenation procedures and reconstructive surgeries after skin cancer removal (Mohs). He is a board-certified member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Society of Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He is an adjunct professor of plastic surgery and ophthalmology and director of oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Pargament has delivered numerous presentations at regional and national meetings and authored many book chapters and peer-reviewed journal articles.
Today, Dr. Pargament co-leads AestheticEye Oculoplastic Surgeons, mentors aspiring surgeons and dedicates his expertise to the underserved at the University of Cincinnati Hoxworth Eye Clinic. Outside of work, Dr. Pargament stays busy with his three young children and rescue lab, Sadie, that he shares with his wife and neuro-ophthalmologist, Dr. Laura Hanson. He loves the outdoors, especially fly-fishing, and international travel.
Sarah Morris
Sarah Morris, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with specialized expertise in oculoplastic care. Originally from Flemingsburg, Kentucky, Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Kentucky before pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky.
Following completion of her nursing degree, Sarah practiced in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at University of Kentucky Hospital, where she developed a strong clinical foundation caring for complex medical and surgical patients. She later earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, graduating with honors and earning induction into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
At AestheticEye, Sarah works closely with Dr. Ginger Henson and Dr. Jon Pargament to provide comprehensive perioperative and non-surgical care. She manages post-operative patients, performs in-office procedures such as biopsies of suspicious lesions and chalazion treatments when clinically indicated, and offers aesthetic services including neurotoxin treatments with Dysport® and Botox® as well as UltraClear® laser treatments.
Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and attending sporting events—especially cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats. She also values time traveling and making memories with her husband, Nat, and their two daughters.
Renee Ingle
With more than 30 years of experience in advanced skincare, Renee is a trusted and familiar face in the field of aesthetic care. Her approach combines deep clinical knowledge with a warm, patient-centered touch—making every treatment both effective and comfortable.
At AestheticEye, Renee provides a full range of customized skincare services, including HydraFacial®, chemical peels, microneedling, and dermaplaning, as well as personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s skin goals. She believes that beautiful skin begins with a healthy foundation and focuses on treatments that restore balance, radiance, and confidence.

Natalie Ayers
Director of Operations
Natalie serves as the strategic backbone of AestheticEye, overseeing daily operations with a sharp eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to the patient experience. A Communications graduate of Northern Kentucky University, she brings a rare combination of organizational expertise and empathetic leadership that keeps the practice running smoothly and efficiently. With more than six years alongside Drs. Henson and Pargament, including her previous role as Clinical Team Lead, Natalie brings deep institutional knowledge and a steady, patient-centered presence to everything she does.
Kelcie Graber
Practice Administrator
Kelcie’s path to practice administration isn’t a typical one. She started her career as a Registered Veterinary Technician in emergency medicine, where she developed a calm-under-pressure approach and a sharp eye for detail that still defines her work today.
After discovering a passion for oculoplastics, she joined Dr. Henson’s team in 2016. She earned her ophthalmic certification, grew into an ophthalmology surgical technician role and eventually took on leadership of two practice locations, building the kind of hands-on clinical foundation that most administrators simply don’t have.
Today, Kelcie oversees compliance at AestheticEye, bringing the same methodical care to operations that she once brought to the surgical suite

Raven brings more than seven years of experience working alongside Dr. Pargament to her role as Surgery Scheduler, having previously served as his Clinical Team Lead.
